ADACSHOT- 500 Series

Jet-valve with piezoelectric driving unit, to dispense very small quantities of oils, greases, pastes, adhesives, varnish and UV adhesives, amongst other fluids.

• Allows individual shots (drops) of product to be dosed without contact.
• Allows dispensing either drops or strings.
• Ideal for high as well as low viscosity products.
• Extremely short dispensing times (up to 500 shots per second).
• Shot distance from 1 to several mm. (depending on the viscosity).
• For micro-points (from 0.001 to several µl.) or strings (in continuous mode).
• Exchangeable piston and seat. This operation may be performed on site.
• Choice of pistons and seats in different materials: Peek, Hard metal, Ceramics.
• Available nozzles with outlet hole from Ø 0.07 [mm] with or without needle.
• Product supply by barrel, reservoir, cartridge or syringe.
