ADACBOX BB/BD/BV

To manage and programme dispensing cycles, we have a range of specially developed controls for its dispensing units. This range includes ADACBOX-BB (to control time/pressure units), ADACBOX-BD (which allows you to manage two time/pressure units totally independently and autonomously) and ADACBOX-BV (which allows the complete management of a volumetric dosing unit with an additional pneumatic slide, i.e., for the vertical up and down motion,).

These controls integrate 5/2 solenoid valves for double-effect pneumatic motions. In addition, they allow the work pressure of the units to be adjusted. A digital screen with several lines enables the user to display the most important parameters of the dispensing cycle. Programming can be carried out using a PLC which can communicate and interchange data with a central unit (such as an automatic line).

All these controls allow the user to pre-programme several work schedules. Signals to check the level or movement of the different pneumatic modules can be managed by these controls.
