Volumetric dispensing valves
Family of dispensing equipment made up of very high-precision volumetric valves working
independently of external conditions.
A multi-level dispensing procedure guarantees precise and repetitive dispensing which is
completely independent of external parameters such as room temperature or product viscosity.
The quality of the dosed volume is also independent of the supply pressure.
Cycle times of around 0.25 seconds are possible. This high-performance and robust dispensing
unit offers other important characteristics thanks to a fully-controlled dispensing procedure and
an entirely programmable work cycle with all types of waiting times.
Volumes can be programmed from 0.1 mm³ to 1 cm³ per cycle depending on the type of unit.
Precisions of around 0.1% can be expected depending on model.
